i have a love and love relationship with stripes and boots, and as we all are very much aware that stripes has been in the fashion world for over forever. We have crazy stripes to our very much love Bretons!! This shirt is actually very memorable for me because i came home one day and had all 7dogs (yes, you read that right. we have 7dogs big and small) well it just so happened i had all of them out at the garage one faithful sunday afternoon and having one very hyper golden retriever who loves climbing on people and play biting climbed on me and made a hole in this shirt with her fangs. Imagine my utter shock to see a hole in one of my favorite tops! i was just so glad that mother got to fix it right away and now its good as new. =)))
Now, on to the boots!! i've had these for over a year now and i never got to wear them until New Year's eve due to obvious reasons that our 3rd world climate aint too friendly to booties because it gets too hot, but since i was leaving the next day for the mountains and also it was the end of december our lovely mother earth gave us a rather chilly weather to make it possible. I super love these boots because it reminds me of riding, and we all know my super orgasmic love over riding horses. The color is just right, from the dirty brown suede to the buckle on the side. (im gonna be chatty here) Another memorable story for this is that one night after being on call at the hospital my flooded booties welcomed me home. we had ceiling problems that day and it was raining cats and dogs and yes to me utter shock again, i saw my boots drowning. My ever so helpful bf brought them home that instant and had them fixed up right away. These boots used to be a lot lighter in shade and almost matched my skin, but now since i;ve worn them i feel like my booties looks alot better, more rugged and has alot of edge.
