The combat boots

Everyone who knows me would say that im a Ballet flats girl, Even though im petite i still havent gone  100percent gaga over heels. (but.... I have to admit I am starting to fall into the pit of heels though, due to my Melissa. but.. Thats a different post)  Anyways, I was doing my usual no brainer stroll around the malls and I decided to head to ZARA. Was looking through the racks of clothes until i saw these beauties. I immediately had to try them on, and mum said they look good even though she dint understand the TONGUE look'ish it had. But she knows that it's part of being a whole unique personality.

I really did fall inlove with this, plus it was a steal since it went for 50% off!! Yes you all know my love for "a good steal". But then, even though i was in love with it I had to ask myself if i would wear it as much as my ballerinas. So i decided to walk it off, i tried to see if i could live without it. An hour after and lots of contemplating, It was history.

You see, I always believe that we shouldnt buy things at an impulse. Tho i know most of us has committed that crime one or two many times, But to be a good shopper and a wise spender, i always imagine " If i were to wear this, would i be able to pair it off with everything that i have in the closet? Is it comfortable enough to use it for the whole day?" Those are the questions that i always ask myself before spending my earnings. Well these combats are worth every peny!

Boots from ZARA, White top from FREEWAY, Vest from a Bazaar that i went to ages ago,Shorts KAMISETA, Belt from New york and my Louis Vuitton.

Random shot of my bangles. The Purple wooden bangle came from SM accessories given to me as a gift from a good friend, and the metal'ish beaded came from Greece.

Oscars

The oscars got me thinking of what evening gown i would wear to my own "Red Carpet Moment". (Im a closet superstar) LOL =)))

Now, Here are a few choices that i would wear.
Ofcourse, WEAR YOUR OWN! Another Michael Cinco "i die" moment.

I love the detail on this gown, But i feel like i would match too much to the carpet!

I really wish i had a closer detail to this gown. Its exquisite!! Bare it all in the chest, but keep the rest covered! Perfection!

This is just Crazy Beautiful! Just wondering if it would match my skin tone! but if i were a stylist I believe that this would be soo beautiful on a Dark Skin woman!! Don't you guys think? Plus, look at the details!

All above photos are from "Philippine Fashion Week Spring-Summer 2012 collection"

This looks like a Mermaid Goddess. What i really like about this gown and could possibly wear, it definitely shows a booty tush! i really wish i had a photograph of this from behind. But it definitely hugs you at the right places. The details seem so delicate and just amazing! Plus, look closely at the detail on the chest. It reminds me of a butterfly and the detail gives you a slimmer image.

Life size Royal barbie gown!!

Look at the picture on the right, This is what i would wear for my First Red Carpet moment! Remove the mask and choker ofcourse. I wouldnt want people to think im over shadowing them with my pinay pride!! woot woot!!

The picture on the right again would be the other half of my Gown! Since im a celeb, ofcourse i'll want it custom made! i wish i knew what the outcome of this "Dream Dress" would look like. But in my Imagination there would be no words to describe it.

Now you all know my dream, whats the harm of dreaming. Dream big!!
For now, Back to the usual me.

Palazzo Love part 2

I was recently invited to Judge a college Broadway musical competition, My instinct was to use my typical shorts and flowy tops but since it was a school event i was forced to wear a more appropriate attire.

I decided to wear my Pink palazzo pants and a Jeweled chiffon top that i have never ever worn but had for months just hanging in my closet. (Yes, I had days staring at it and wondering when i would ever wear it) and so I thought that it  would be a rather fun and very appropriate but not risking of having a boring outfit for school.

Sorry for the bad quality of pictures, all of it was taken by Mum and her Iphone. Still love her tho, she is my greatest fan.

The students broadway "Cats"! They won first place!

Would you believe that this whole outfit cost me less than 1k in peso, which is likely to be 23USD or even less. I believe that you dont have to lose alot of cash just to make up a beautiful outfit. I got my Pallazo at the famous Greenhills shopping center, and my Chiffon top at the Shopping center of Tiendesitas. While (as you all can see) my favorite belt i got it at discount of 50% off.

Asides from the sequin embellishments in the front, this totally caught my eye! The ribbons made it extremely sweet!

Last outfit shot! I was  trying to pull off a Drama Moment!

Those olsen twins

What is it about the olsen twins that fascinates us? I remember being a child and watching Full house  and I admit that i have watched atleast 89% of their movies. I remember the clothes they wore, those matching pink tops and flowery pants and those uber ugly slippers. But i was still hooked! Then they grew up, acquired their signature pout, and on to the fashion industry. I remember when my family and i went to the states and i forced my dad to buy me a whole outfit from their line at wal-mart, i was 9 at that time. I was just completely hooked, not only me but my friends aswell. Was it a trend? everyone thought so during a certain time But it showed that it wasnt, because until this age of time i still get pretty fascinated with those twins! Even more with their whole "street style". Im sure more or less you guys have googled "olsen twins" once in your lifetime.

Now they own a million to a billion dollar company and have their famous Elizabeth and James and also The row fashion lines. Yes, im still a big fan!

Here's some of my fav looks of them.

This is my all time favorite

almost contented

As you all know that i've been searching high and low for that one red "i die" lipstick and so my search goes on.

Mother and i sometimes have this urge to go through different makeup counters looking through all their stacks sometimes, and when i try something out she has this tendency to say "lets get it!".. Now, that's MUSIC TO MY EARS! imagine, just trying something, no plans of buying and KACHINNGG new makeup in a blink of an eye. Yes, she loves me that much.

And so, my obsession of lipsticks goes on.. I finally found one that gives me butterflies "REVLON TRUE RED" , almost perfect red!! but STILL i am patiently waiting for That Chanel rouge matte to finally arrive.

Here's me being a camwhore, im sorry for this pictures but i actually had my hair tied with fishtail braids and cudnt contain my happiness when i took it off and had this soft curls "kindda". Havent had hair that obeyed me in such a long time, so i just had to capture the moment with my True Red!

I finally got up the courage to check out The Fashion Institute of the Philippines!! I've actually been scouting different fashion schools, but when i saw this it was like  a whole chorale group singing "hallelujah". Its based near the condo, which means i do not have to wake up early!! (plus factor) and the people seemed very friendly. Was so excited that i couldn't help but take a picture! Timing, students  were heading out looking at me like i was some tourist whose never seen a school but then just being there was a dream come true!! ( forgive me,i know my happiness seems so low..but I DIE) =))))))

Kitty in red and white and everything colourful

We recently celebrated our precious mattieu's 1st birthday with the theme "The cat in the Hat". The whole venue was decked out with Styrofoam's designed to look like you walked into a villaged. It was amazing and uber fun with kids running around, mummys with their designer bags and daddy's with their "techy gadgets". It was definitely not only a kids party but it seemed like everyone had their own runway show.

Since the venue was at the clubhouse, my first instinct was to wear a flowy chiffon maxi dress. But since it was on a sunday and i had to attend church in the morning i decided to go more churchlike'ish yet fun. oh btw, i did use a sweater to church.
I wore a floral bustier top, Dark blue pleated skirt, Vintage versace belt, chunky apple green heels, Hermes Clic Clac and flat pearls from boracay isla.

This little girl totally caught my attention coz she reminded me of blair from gossip girl. All decked in white! The beaded bib necklace, white laced top, ruffled skirt and ballet flats and dont forget that signature headband. Dont you guys think she looks super chic?

Here's two people which i came with, Dianne sanchez (she's the one whose behind those lenses most of the time but decided to take a couple of shots too!) If you guys are wondering why the quality of the photos looked like this, its because both my gay friend (here below) and i are playing with the whole lighting effect. Forgive us, but we kind of went ahead and tried to smize (which i know we wern't even close to being successful )

This is charles my gay bestfriend, He also has a blog which he recently started. You can check him out here. I hope this works! www.charlestarampi.blogspot.com (OK! That was a total fail.. Im sorry people, but i am the worst person to being techy!! i was trying to put a one click straight to his blog!!)

The art of manliness

Let's talk about men for a change. What's one thing you think about when you see a guy? Shoes comes first for me as we all know my orgasmic love for it. The second thing that comes to my thoughts are their chunks, meaning his watch people! Dont go thinking green on me. Imagine that masculinity of the chunkiness of a watch, such a small piece of necessity of an accessory. Which i must say i find uber sexy even on women.
We all know that a watch can cost alot, meaning a whole wad of cash of your savings. But at the same time different brands make excellent watches, not expensive but it's fashionable, makes a statement, but also keeps you right on track with your daily doings. So men! don't go crying that you don't have an expensive designer. If you've got a good eye plus you know what works for you then most likely a simple watch is as good as it can get.

This Casio in person actually looks really good, i've seen it in person and i just love how the carbon  looks flawless in it. Plus, for me it's like an added feature, it doesnt look just like an ordinary watch and another good thing with this, it's affordable.

Now what about some hardcore? Luminox is amazing! looks great and is extremely durable.  Another thing too? It's so affordable.

Most of my brunei guy friends has these as their watches to go to work, they say their not afraid to ruin it but at the same time it's still a designer.
TAG is one of my fav and it's been around for almost forever!! Daddy actually bought each of us one once we graduated highschool and until this present time, though i've finish my degree i still wear it 24/7.
The Rolex, here's to everyone's favorite. Specifically mine too!!  Don't you guys think that everyone deserves a  little crown on your wrist? because i do! If you want a clearer picture and the specs of this watch, do go to their website and check The Milgauss. It's love!! and i just died looking at this.

That one red lip

I recently celebrated my 23rd birthday last jan 20 which i spent working the whole afternoon (which i did not expect) and having a plain simple fattening dinner with family. I wasnt up for dressing for the occasion coz i was dead tired and i honestly just wanted to spend the night drinking with friends for a very chilled night. But with my family that doesnt happen when it comes to birthdays, dinner's are a must and no drinking is in that category. So i decided that the next few days after my 23rd, i wanted to treat the 3 most special people for dinner, just to atleast make my birthday somewhat feel special. One of my friends owns a restaurant in katipunan called "WICKED" so i decided to have my dinner there then off to our favorite coffee shop at greenhills. If you noticed all three ended up having red lipsticks. I of all days forgot my makeup kit at home (which was a huge BUMMER) but then its a good thing that i always leave a Maybelline lippy in my car for emergencies. Not expensive but good quality lipsticks which i dont feel bad leaving around. You see, i believe that every girl has to have an emergency lipstick in their bags or anywhere where you know you can pop it like a candy. Im faired skin which means i need to have color on my face or lets just say, in person im too fair that there was one time a guy said that he wouldnt date me because i look like a sick girl who has leukemia.

I used the colour sensational  "moisture extreme" in Passion Red. I've actually been searching for my dream Red, or more of a bloody red but i havent found the right one. Its been tough, it's like finding the right soulmate for me. "hard to find but once i have it, all my troubles will go away"

No outfit shot, but i wore a black mango top, vintage knit, Jewel Dark blue high waisted shorts and my Melissa Vivienne Westwood slippers.
